Job summary

This entry-level role emphasizes customer service, cash handling, and adherence to bank policies. You will work a 40-hour week, including weekends and evenings, and participate in a video interview process after applying.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions.
• Minimum 1 year customer experience with recommending and referring products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Video interview assessment after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and demonstrate app or ATMs.
• Assist customers with transactions and provide personalized advice.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and connect them to Bankers for next steps.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
• Respond to questions/concerns and support branch goals.
