Citizens Bank is seeking a Teller to greet customers, handle basic transactions, and guide them on mobile banking while following all banking policies. You will connect clients with Bankers for advanced needs and provide tailored financial guidance.

The role emphasizes excellent listening and communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings, with a starting hourly wage of $21 and up.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
• Qualified candidates must complete a video interview assessment after applying as the next step, to be completed within 7 days of receiving the link.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and assist with basic transactions.
• Demonstrate how to use mobile app and ATMs to complete transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
