Citizens Teller position offers a starting salary of $21 per hour with room to grow. You will greet customers in our lobby, demonstrate mobile app and ATMs, and help with simple transactions while delivering personalized financial guidance.

You will connect customers to Bankers for next steps, educate them on Citizens products, and adhere to policies including cash handling and local regulations. This role emphasizes customer service, listening, and problem solving in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• At least 6 months experience processing transactions (cash or digital).
• At least 1 year of customer experience recommending and referring products.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and demonstrate mobile app or ATMs for simple transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers about Citizens products and respond to questions while following policies.
• Adhere to cash handling, and state/local laws and regulations.
