Job summary

Citizens Bank is hiring a Teller in the Bucks County area. You will greet customers, assist with transactions, and help them use our mobile app and ATMs.

You’ll provide personalized advice to help customers reach financial goals and connect them with Bankers for the next steps. With a starting hourly rate of $21, you will learn Citizens products and policies, follow cash handling rules, and contribute to community and team success.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and assist with basic transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to complete simple tasks.
• Provide personalized financial advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions.
• Follow all financial policies, procedures, and cash handling rules.
