Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process freight.
• Assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance register per policy.
• Call out prices for customers at checkout.
• Bag merchandise efficiently after transactions.
• Handle cash, checks, and cards correctly.
• Obtain management approval for returns/voids.
• Maintain housekeeping duties.
• Provide customer service: greet customers, adhere to fitting room policies, ring up customers promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Keep a professional appearance with name tag.
• Assist management with merchandising on the sales floor according to stock levels.
• Assist management with tasks per company policy.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Support Loss Prevention: report theft and cash losses and follow policies.
