• Obtains management approval when needed for returns, voids and checks
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping duties as assigned
• Provides proper customer service, including greeting customers, adhering to fitting room policies, ringing up customers promptly, and thanking them for shopping
• Follows all safety procedures
• Keeps a professional, neat appearance with name tag
• Assists management in merchandising sales floor according to stock level
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions
• Supports Store Manager with Loss Prevention procedures and reporting incidents
• Performs other duties as assigned
