Responsibilities

• Process freight and merchandise as required.
• Assist with price changes and markdowns.
• Balance register according to policy.
• Call out prices during checkout and ring purchases accurately.
• Bag merchandise efficiently and handle cash, checks, and cards per policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns, voids, and checks as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Provide friendly customer service and greet customers.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Support loss prevention by reporting incidents and helping prevent theft.
