Responsibilities

• Process freight and merchandise as required.
• Assist with price changes and markdowns.
• Balance the register according to company policy.
• Call out prices during transactions and assist customers at the register.
• Bag merchandise efficiently and handle cash, checks, and cards accurately.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Support loss prevention and report suspected theft or irregularities.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and fitting room area.
