Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is looking for individuals to help grow our mission by providing outstanding customer service and performing general store duties. This non-supervisory role supports donors and customers and contributes to a clean, organized sales floor.

Starting pay is $13.25 per hour with benefits including Medical, Vision, Life and 401k. The RISE program helps employees with skills for career growth and personal development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Reliable transportation and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute items from back room to the correct areas of the floor.
• Clean and straighten items on the floor and keep store, dressing rooms and bathrooms tidy.
• Adhere to Goodwill Central Oklahoma policies and procedures.
• Greet and assist donors/customers and direct complaints to management.
• Assist in loading and unloading Goodwill trucks and trailers.
