Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is hiring for a non-supervisory store associate to deliver excellent customer service to shoppers and donors. You will perform general store duties, sort and stock merchandise, and help maintain a clean storefront and back room.

The role requires reliability, basic English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Starting pay is $13.25 per hour, with eligibility for standard Goodwill benefits and career training through the RISE program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Reliable transportation and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute items from back room to correct areas of the floor.
• Clean and straighten items on the floor.
• Clean the store, dressing rooms and bathrooms.
• Abide by Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Assist in loading/unloading donations and store items.
• Maintain store housekeeping and safety standards.
