Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking team members to provide excellent customer service and perform general store duties including sorting, processing and selling merchandise.

This non-supervisory role emphasizes dependability, basic math, and the ability to work with donors and customers. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour with benefits such as medical, vision, life, 401k, and the Rise program for employee growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Properly distribute items from the back room to the correct areas of the store.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including floors, dressing rooms, and restrooms.
• Abide by Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma policies and procedures; follow cash handling rules.
• Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
