Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to help grow our mission to assist people in overcoming challenges to employment. Our store roles focus on provide excellent customer service, processing donations, stocking shelves, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

Starting pay of $13.25 per hour, benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401k. All employees are eligible for the RISE program to gain skills for personal and career growth through guidance and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute items from the back room to the correct areas.
• Clean and straighten items on the floor and maintain store appearance.
• Adhere to store policies and safety rules and procedures.
• Greet and assist donors/customers and direct complaints to management.
• Attend training as required.
