Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to help grow our mission and support programs through donations, contracts, and community services. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers and performing general store duties including sorting, processing, and selling merchandise.

This is not a supervisory role, and starting pay is $13.00 per hour with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, and a 401k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute items from the back room to the correct areas of the floor.
• Clean and straighten items on the floor and maintain store housekeeping.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and safety rules.
• Greet and assist donors/customers and direct complaints to management.
• Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
