Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is hiring Store Associates in Midwest City, OK. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service to donors and customers, performing general store duties, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

Starting pay is $13.25 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Vision, Life, 401k, and access to the RISE program for career development. This is a non-supervisory, part-time or full-time position depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute items from back room to correct areas of the store.
• Keep store, dressing rooms and bathrooms clean and organized.
• Adhere to Goodwill policies and safety procedures.
• Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
• Attend safety trainings and report unsafe conditions.
