Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking a Store Associate to provide excellent customer service and support store operations. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with benefits including 401K, Teladoc, employee discount and opportunities for advancement.

The role involves stocking merchandise, assisting donors and customers, maintaining store appearance, following safety and cash-handling procedures, and cross-training across areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Desire to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute inventory from back room to correct areas.
• Keep merchandise stocked and presentable on the sales floor.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and agency policies.
• Greet and assist donors/customers and direct complaints to management.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and maintaining store housekeeping.
• Attend required training and follow safety policies.
