Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is hiring for an entry-level retail associate to provide outstanding customer service to shoppers and donors across central Oklahoma. The role includes processing donations, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires punctuality, basic math, and the ability to follow store procedures. Starting pay is $13.25 per hour with benefits including Medical, Vision, Life, and a 401k, plus access to the RISE

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, preferred.
Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
Distribute items from the back room to the correct areas of the floor.
Clean and straighten items on the floor, store, dressing rooms, and bathrooms.
Abide by the policies and procedures as set forth by Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma.
Greet and assist all donors/customers and direct complaints to management.
Assist in loading and unloading Goodwill trucks and trailers.
Maintain store housekeeping to Agency standards.
Attend training as required.
