Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking a store associate to deliver outstanding customer service and support store operations. You will assist donors and customers, stock merchandise, maintain presentation, process transactions, and uphold safety and security policies.

This role offers learning opportunities through cross-training and advancement within a mission-driven nonprofit. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour with opportunities for growth and benefits such as retirement plans and Teladoc.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute inventory from back room to sales floor and maintain presentation.
• Greet and assist donors/customers while directing complaints to management.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and assist in loading/unloading trucks as needed.
• Maintain store housekeeping and safety compliance.
