Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Sort, process and display merchandise on the sales floor.
• Greet and assist donors/customers; direct complaints to management.
• Handle cash according to store procedures.
• Assist in loading and unloading Goodwill trucks.
• Maintain store housekeeping and safety.
