Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to provide excellent customer service in a general store, handling donations and merchandise across sales floors. This role is not supervisory and focuses on daily store operations and customer interactions.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and a 401k; RISE program supports career growth and skill development for employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read and write the English language.
• Must have reliable transportation and mandatory communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute items from the back room to the correct areas.
• Clean and straighten items on the floor and in the store.
• Adhere to Goodwill policies and safety rules.
• Assist in loading and unloading Goodwill trucks and trailers.
• Attend training as required.
• Review safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
