Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking a Store Associate to deliver outstanding customer service while performing diverse tasks in store operations to support the mission. You will help stock, present merchandise, and assist donors in a friendly, efficient manner.

The role requires punctual attendance, the ability to multi-task, and commitment to safety and company policies. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with benefits including 401K, Teladoc, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Desire to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute inventory from the back room to the correct areas.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked and presentable on the sales floor.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures as outlined by Agency procedures.
• Greet and assist all donors/customers while directing complaints to management.
• Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
• Maintain store housekeeping to Agency standards.
• Attend training as required.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
