CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to deliver friendly, reliable service and keep the site welcoming and secure. You’ll handle customer interactions, leasing, payments, and basic maintenance while ensuring safety and a clean, organized property.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a vehicle, valid license and insurance may be required.
• Physical ability to perform daily store tasks.

Responsabilités

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and offering solutions while delivering a standout experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, process payments with POS, make deposits, and follow up on late payments.
• Conduct daily maintenance: clean units, store grounds, and ensure a tidy facility.
• Open/close doors and perform required physical activities (up to 50 lbs).
