You will manage appointments, interact with customers, and guide maintenance decisions using clear, transparent communication. A positive attitude and strong customer-first approach are essential, along with basic tech comfort and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience with technology is a plus.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers for a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers and determine vehicle needs based on information, walk-arounds, inspections and test drives.
• Use a consultative selling process to plan for ongoing maintenance.
• Produce repair orders with cost/time estimates and transparency.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely work.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
