Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and perform tasks to leave a positive dealership impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, via phone or in person.
• Ensure technicians' time is accurately allocated and sold to customers.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians and answer questions about vehicle problems and warranties.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards and assist with warranty claims.
