Job summary

Kia of North Tucson is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to be the primary contact for our service customers, delivering an exceptional ownership experience while identifying opportunities to recommend maintenance and repairs.

You will greet customers, explain service options, manage the repair workflow, and ensure clear communication from intake to vehicle delivery, including payment processing and upfront pricing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers per established procedures.
• Build positive customer relationships by identifying concerns and needs.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to evaluate service requirements.
• Communicate service recommendations, costs, timelines, and completion dates.
• Secure customer approval for services and repairs.
