Rohrman KIA Lafayette is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to be the main contact for customers and technicians. In this role, you will manage the full service experience from write-up to delivery, ensuring a professional and customer-focused approach throughout.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive service advisor or service department experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders and vehicle history.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and accurately document concerns.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend additional maintenance.
• Provide written cost estimates and communicate timelines.
• Monitor repair progress and contact customers with updates.
• Review completed repair orders and explain to customers.
• Handle phone inquiries for appointments and updates.
