Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support assigned outside sales representatives with daily account management.

• Maintain regular communication with sales representatives regarding account activity.
• Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process quotes, sample orders, and special orders.
• Review orders for pricing, availability, and accuracy.
• Monitor order status through completion.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse to resolve issues.
• Create new customer accounts and maintain information.
• Set up online ordering accounts and maintain pricing history.
• Monitor account margins and assist with cooperative purchasing and contract pricing.
• Provide proactive order status updates and handle special requests.
