• Acts as primary contact for inquiries, delivering timely, accurate responses by phone or email.
• Coordinates with sales, fabrication, credit, inventory control, and warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Investigates pricing, shipping, and billing discrepancies and drives resolution with involved departments.
• Uses ERP/JDE systems and product literature to provide pricing, availability, and application information.
• Maintains documentation of interactions and order activity, and follows up to update customers on status.
