Proficiency in ERP/JDE and MS Office, plus strong communication skills in English, are essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or account management experience in a distribution or manufacturing setting.
• Experience processing orders, quotations, pricing, returns/credits per procedures.
• Experience with ERP/JDE and enterprise systems.
• English required; Spanish and Portuguese helpful for Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, follow-ups, and returns/credits per policy.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Coordinate with sales, credit, inventory, warehouse and other departments to ensure accurate order execution.
• Investigate pricing, shipping, and billing discrepancies with appropriate corrective actions.
• Utilize ERP and other systems to obtain product, pricing, availability, and application information.
• Maintain documentation of customer interactions and status updates.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through promotions and add-ons.
