The Michaels Companies in Clarksville, IN is seeking a part-time service team member to assist customers, help them find products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery, while promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. The role requires standing for long periods and availability nights, weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standard.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms (POGs) and store recovery.
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
