Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Excellent cash handling and checkout experience skills.
• Sixteen (16) years or older as required for U.S. retail positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties to keep the store stocked and merchandised.
• Assist with BOPIS/SFS processes and voice of customer surveys.
• Support store recovery, planograms, and inventory integrity.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
