New Balance is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Utah to deliver exemplary customer service and expert product knowledge. You will greet customers, understand their needs, educate them on features, and guide them through the purchase with friendly, accurate service.

Responsibilities include keeping the floor neat and well stocked, processing transactions, and promoting promotions while ensuring safety and courtesy. Availability on weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities
