Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).

Responsibilities

• Processes freight and assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Greet customers and provide courteous service.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Assist management with Loss Prevention procedures and reporting.
• Maintain merchandising on the sales floor and assist with stock levels.
• Follow safety procedures and wear a name tag.
