CITITRENDS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in-store to deliver excellent customer service and maintain product knowledge to satisfy shoppers.

Responsibilities

Processes freight.
Assists with price changes/markdowns.
Balances register according to company policy.
Bags merchandise efficiently when completing a customer's transaction.
Handles all cash, checks and credit cards correctly and by company policy.
Obtain management approval for returns, voids and checks.
Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping duties as assigned.
Provides proper customer service such as greeting customers, adhering to fitting room policies, ringing up customers promptly, and inviting them to return.
