Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage store duties, assist customers, and support leasing and sales activities. The role emphasizes customer service, daily operations, and basic maintenance of the facility.

The position requires a positive, outgoing personality, ability to work Saturdays, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced retail-like environment at CubeSmart stores across the district.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Physically able to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily tasks including lock checks and unit showings.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle deposits.
