Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer relationships and provide outstanding self-storage solutions. You will handle leasing, payments, and daily operational tasks on site while ensuring a clean and organized facility.

You will contribute to a positive customer experience, meet sales targets, and participate in a team that values growth across the U.S. The role emphasizes daytime hours with potential Sundays off in some locations.

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid license and insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, deliver excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent self-storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing process and process payments using POS, make daily deposits, and call customers about late payments.
