Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district. You will combine customer service excellence with hands-on property maintenance, from leasing units and processing payments to daily grounds upkeep, lock checks, and unit showings.

The role emphasizes working daytime hours with optional Sunday off in some locations, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including PTO and a 401(k) match. Strong teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: develop relationships, identify self-storage needs, provide solutions and deliver a standout experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics; handle leasing process and payments via POS.
• Walk the property for daily operations, lock checks, unit showings, and deposits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store and grounds.
