Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking team members for its Hadley, MA store. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure quick, accurate checkouts. You’ll assist with unloading and stocking, keep the store well-merchandised, and promote rewards programs.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings is expected. Training is provided and benefits are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pick Up in Store and Ship From Store.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain store recovery and cleanliness.
