Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Cambridge, MA is hiring for a Store Associate to assist customers, manage checkout, and keep merchandise organized for a high-traffic retail environment.

You will help customers find solutions, participate in truck unloading, stock shelves, and ensure products are in stock. The role includes engaging with Loyalty rewards programs and upholding store standards daily.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions to standards.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking and planogram (POG) updates.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions to support brand promises.
• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes and Omni-channel tasks.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and company policies at all times.
