Job summary

Michaels in Hadley, MA is seeking a friendly Store Team Member to assist customers, process checkouts, and keep shelves stocked and merchandised. You will help customers locate products, explain the Rewards program, and participate in truck unloading and planogram updates.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings, with a base pay range of $16.00–$18.80 per hour and overtime eligibility where required. Customer safety and SOP adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to ensure in-stock conditions
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact professionally with customers and teammates
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
