Job summary

Goodwill Middle Tennessee is seeking a Retail Sales Floor Associate to help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment during shifts. You will assist shoppers, handle POS transactions, and support merchandising to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

Under supervision, you will follow established procedures, maintain safety, and contribute to a positive team environment. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior retail or customer service experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and follow POS procedures.
