Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in Gallatin is seeking a Retail Sales Floor Associate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow processes, safety guidelines, and report concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class shopper experience with friendly, respectful service and accurate POS transactions.
• Support store readiness through recovery, merchandising, and basic housekeeping.
• Follow safety policies, cash-handling, pricing integrity, and loss-prevention procedures.
• Maintain flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
