Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Floor Associate to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store. You will provide friendly, efficient service at the front end, process POS transactions, and support merchandising and store readiness throughout your shift.

Under supervision, you will assist shoppers, follow presentation guidelines, and ensure safety and cleanliness in all shopper-facing areas while upholding Goodwill values of teamwork and respect.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented with ability to greet and assist shoppers.
• Ability to follow store policies, safety guidelines, and procedures.
• Basic math and cash handling skills for accurate transactions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed in a retail setting.

Responsibilities
