Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail, customer service, or production experience preferred.
• Bilingual language skills are preferred.
• Experience operating a POS system or handling cash transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class shopper experience by greeting, respecting, engaging, assisting, and thanking every shopper.
• Accurately process point-of-sale transactions while delivering friendly, efficient service and supporting smooth customer flow at the front end.
• Support shop-ready merchandising through timely recovery, basic replenishment, and adherence to presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across shopper-facing areas, including registers, aisles, fitting rooms, restrooms, and checkout zones.
• Assist shoppers with questions, product location, fitting rooms, and checkout needs in a courteous and respectful manner.
