Michaels in Avon, OH is seeking a Store Team Member to assist customers, keep shelves stocked, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and participate in planograms, ensuring the store remains well-merchandised and in-stock.

Responsibilities include helping customers locate products, enrolling them in rewards programs, and supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, with occasional evening and weekend shifts. 16+ years old required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and offer solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Enroll customers in the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and Omni-channel processes.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain merchandise in-stock and well-merchandised; support shrink and safety programs.
