Michaels Stores in Commack, NY is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure fast checkout. You’ll unload trucks, stock merchandise, and keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

You will engage customers in the Rewards program, enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards, and participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS while following SOPs and safety standards.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with store operations and POS transactions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stock, unload trucks, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Maintain in-stock conditions and complete merchandise recovery.
• Support shrink, safety programs, and SOP adherence.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
