Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Michaels requires all team members to be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery, inventory, and safety programs as needed.
