Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Idaho Falls is seeking a Project Lead to act as the voice of the customer from sale to on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, approve submittals, schedule with production and organize on-site delivery with customers and transportation.

The role requires managing multiple sales orders, aligning scope with contracts, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Strong MS Office skills and construction industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Civil Engineering preferred.
• Strong project management and multi-project coordination skills.
• Experience with customer-focused processes in construction or precast industry.

Responsibilities

• Be the 'voice of the customer' across OI facilities and projects.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and coordinate with teams.
• Hold turnover and kickoff meetings to align scope, estimates and schedule.
• Serve as primary customer contact from sale through on-site delivery.
• Provide guidance to engineering, production planning, transportation, and accounting.
• Identify changes, prepare proposals, and drive process improvement.
