Job summary

CRH is seeking a Project Lead at our Littleton, CO plant to be the voice of the customer from estimate to on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, production, and transportation to ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all sales orders.

• Civil Engineering background preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer voice from estimate through on-site delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and transportation to meet schedules.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers and vendors on assigned orders.
• Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Prepare change order proposals and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and management.
