Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products seeks a Project Lead at our Hancock, MN or Cannon Falls, MN plant to be the voice of the customer from estimate to on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, scheduling, production, and transportation to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years of project management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to interpret production schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer across OI facilities to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with engineering, production planning, and transportation for on-time delivery.
• Manage multiple sales orders, prepare change orders, and monitor progress.
• Review submittals, schedule with production, and communicate status to customers.
