Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a Project Lead to act as the voice of the customer from estimate through on-site delivery in Littleton, CO. You will coordinate with engineering, production, transportation, and accounting to ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all orders.

The role requires managing multiple sales orders, leading kickoff meetings, and ensuring paperwork and scope clarity while balancing customer and company needs throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong MS Office and review of engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the customer from estimate to on-site delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, transportation, and accounting.
• Lead turnover meetings and ensure complete information and paperwork.
• Monitor progress, solve problems, and communicate with customers.
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to contract documents.
